* 500 g of ordinary wheat flour

* 200 g of sugar

* 300 g butter

* milk

* 1 egg

* 1 glass of Marsala

Mix flour, sugar, butter and a little milk to get the dough. Then add an egg and Marsala. Roll the dough up to 2 mm thick. Lubricate tartlet molds with oil, distribute the dough in them, putting a little jam in the middle. From the remaining dough, cut the “lids”, cover them with molds and press tightly around the edges. Heat the oven to 200 ° C and bake for about 25 minutes, until the tartlets are covered with a golden crust.

You can sprinkle with sugar powder on top.
