Laurent cake

In order to prepare a Laurent cake, you will need:

For the test:

Flour – 150 grams

Butter – 75 grams

Water – ½ cup

Salt – 2 grams

For filling:

Vetshchina – 250 grams

Milk or sour cream – 2 cups

Eggs – 3 pieces

A pinch of salt and black pepper

Cooking method:

We cut butter into pieces and rub with flour and salt until the granular mass is obtained.

Add water and beat well.

We roll the resulting dough into the ball, bully with your palm and roll it into the ball again. We do it three times and then put the dough in the refrigerator.

While the dough cools, cut the ham and beat the eggs in a deep bowl along with milk (or sour cream), salt and pepper.

The cooled dough is rolled into a layer of 3-4 mm thick.

We spread in a round baking sheet or pan with a diameter of about 20 cm.

We puncture the dough to the bottom with a fork in several places.

Spread the ham and pour the egg mixture evenly on top.

We bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
