Cod in tomato sauce

What ingredients are needed:

One kg fillet cod

Two stems of celery

One small head on onions

400 grams of tomatoes in your own juice

Three cloves of garlic

Three glasses of vegetable broth

A small handful of cedar nuts

One bundle of parsley

One bunch of basil


Ground black pepper

How to cook:

First, the fish should be washed well.

Then we cut it into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After that, finely chop celery and onions.

The flat part of the knife blade press the garlic.

Next, heat two tablespoons of oil in the stewpan and fry vegetables with garlic until half -cooked.

Then we remove the garlic.

Then rinse the cod from salt and put in a stewpan to vegetables.

Fry about two minutes.

Then add tomatoes. If the tomatoes are canned, they should be knitted with a spoon.

Pour the broth, wait for it to boil and extinguish about twenty minutes.
