How to cook gallushki
Mix the minced meat with flour in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper, eggs. We knead everything thoroughly, until a homogeneous mass, so that when cooking, our gallushki do not boil and not spread into pieces.
Sprinkle the cutting board with flour and lay out a mass for dumplings on it, sprinkle with flour abundantly. We yell our hands to make a layer with a thickness of approximately a centimeter.
Put a pan with water on fire and while the water boils, cut the layer with squares of about 3×3 centimeters in size.
