Paste with cheese and liver oh what fragrant and delicious breakfast!

We offer to prepare a delicate, tasty and simple paste that has a silky, soft taste. From this amount of ingredients, 7-8 servings of the product are obtained.

Ingredients

400 gr. Kurina liver

300 gr. hard cheese

150 gr. tomatoes

10 gr. gelatin

1 carrots

1 onion

Prepare gelatin, filling it with cooled boiled water (250 ml) and leaving for 1 hour for swelling. Then let’s bring to a boil.

Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil until golden in color, then put the liver, frying, add carrots, salt, add black ground pepper and prepare adding a little water, until the liver is completely ready.

Let the whole mixture through the blender. Add half the dissolved gelatin. Stew.

Separately rub the cheese on a fine grater, chop finely tomatoes and herbs. Mix the products by adding the second part of the diluted gelatin.

Lubricate the silicone mold with vegetable oil, lay out half the liver paste at the bottom, then all the cheese with greens, and then again the paste.

We put a paste in the refrigerator for hardening for 6-7 hours, you can at night.
