I bring to your attention an unusual recipe.
In order to prepare a pie with mevy, we will need:
Fresh capacity – 500 grams
Water – 200 ml
Flour – 3 glasses
Sugar – 3 teaspoons
Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
Onion
Vegetable oil
Sugar
Salt
Cooking method:
First you need to sift flour and add sugar and salt to it.
Mix everything.
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a separate bowl and forget about them for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add vegetable oil and flour to yeast water. The output should be a homogeneous thick dough.
Next, lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil and put the dough there, closing it with a towel.
While the dough rises, we will take care.
It should be cleaned so that only one meat remains.
Then we salt it and pepper to taste and finely cut it.
As soon as our dough “fit”, we divide it into two equal parts.
Each part of the test must be rolled out.
Then we take the shape and first lay out the first layer of dough, and then a cap.
Sprinkle fish on top with finely chopped onions.
And in the end, cover all this miracle with a second layer of dough.
A baked pie with my cap in the oven for one hour.
