Cooking method:

Heat a little, filter. Then we pour half the juice into a rectangular shape and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, after which we sprinkle the frozen jelly with leaves of the cilantro, pour the remaining juice and put at least one hour in the refrigerator.

Carefully clean the root of the celery from the rough peel, cut the pulp with thin strips. We pour water into the pan, bring to a boil, salt, put celery, once again bring to a boil, remove it from the heat, hold for five minutes under the lid, after which we transfer the celery into ice water, lean into a colander and dry it and dry.

We cut into four parts along pickled cucumbers. We spread celery in a bowl, add capers, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, mix. Then we put a Korea cut into thin slices in the center of the plate, a salad with celery, pickled cucumbers. Cut the frozen meat jelly with rhombics, lay it out on top and serve a salad with fresh bread.


Jelly can turn out quite interesting if, in addition to green leaves, also grenade grains, red chili grains, finely chopped orange and yellow sweet pepper. Necessary ingredients:

Pumpkin – 500 grams

Cooking method:

Cooking method:

Clean onions and celery. We cut the onion in half rings and celery thin strips. We heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the celery within two minutes, then add the onion and cook for another four minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool.

Rinse fresh cucumber and sweet pepper. We remove the core in the pepper, cut into strips, just also cut the pickled and fresh cucumbers.
