Pancakes with boiled pear

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups (200 g) wheat flour

1 teaspoon of soda1/4 cups (50g) brown sugar A1 egg, plus 1 egg with a separated yolk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

300 ml of burst or kefir

25 g of unsalted butter, melt, cool

Pieces of boiled pear to serve

1/3 cups (115 g) of an orange jam melted

Preparation:

Sift flour and soda in a bowl, then add sugar. Place an egg and egg yolk in a large bowl with vanilla extract and groin and beat with a whisk. Add dry ingredients and beat again to combine the ingredients.

Beat the egg protein and a pinch of salt in a bowl using an electric mixer to soft foam, then add egg white to the dough.

Heat the anti -stick pan over medium heat and lubricate the base with a small amount of ghee. Using a 1 tablespoon of liquid dough for each pancake, form 3-4 pcs in a pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, while the bubbles appear on the surface. Turn over and cook for another 1 minute or until golden. Place ready -made pancakes in a warm oven while you are preparing the rest, lubricating the pan with butter between the parties.

Divide pancakes among 4 serving plates. Put pieces of boiled pear and a spoonful of marmalade on top, pour yogurt. And you can serve with freshlyarred coffee or hot tea.
