Pancakes with champignons

To prepare pancakes with champignons, we need ingredients such as:

Champignons – 400 grams

Milk – 500 ml

Sour cream – 2 tablespoons

Flour – 6 tablespoons

Eggs – two pieces

Sugar – 1 tablespoon

Onions – 1 head

Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon

Green onions – several stems

Black pepper



Cooking method:

Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.

After that, add flour and vegetable oil.

Mix well.

Next, gradually pour the milk and stir so that lumps do not form.

Then heat the pan well well. When using a cast -iron pan, it must be lubricated with vegetable oil. And a special pancake or Teflon pan can not be lubricated.

After that, pour the dough into the pan with a spill. Then chopped onions and mushrooms, also washed and crushed.

Pass on the vegetable oil onion, then add champignons and fry until soft, after which we salt and pepper.

Next, add sour cream, finely chopped green onions and simmer for about five minutes.
