Carp fish is healthy and tasty, moreover, it is large and not bony. There are many recipes for making this fish. The necessary ingredients for the preparation of a carp in the foil:

700 grams of carp

30 grams of mayonnaise

200 grams of onions

Two teaspoons of dry spices

To taste salt and pepper

How to cook:

Clean and rinse the carp. Then sprinkle it abundantly on both sides with spices with pepper and salt. Clean and rinse the onion, then cut it with large rings, 3 mm thick thick. While the onion is on the table, sprinkle it with spices, salt, and then put it inside the abdomen.

Next, coat the carp with mayonnaise and put it on foil. Wrap the foil, and the edges of the foil (top and bottom together) wrap 1 cm two turns. Then put it in the oven for half an hour, setting a temperature of 180 degrees.

After 30 minutes, take out a packed bag with a carp out of the oven and let stand for ten minutes so that the juices are absorbed into the fish, after which the package is torn at the top and put the carp on the dish.

The carp prepared in the foil in the oven is impregnated with a onion spirit, and the bow itself remains slightly elastic.

Small carp – four fish (only 1 kg)

Half of a small pumpkin

One onion head

Seasoning for fish (fragrant pepper, spicy grass, bay leaf, coriander, black pepper, ginger, paprika) are perfectly combined with a carp

How to cook a carp:

First, the carp must be divided, you can initially take the cut fillet. Then chop the pumpkin in small cubes. An important point! The pumpkin must be cut precisely with small cubes, otherwise it simply will not have time to cook with the fish. Peel, wash the onion and cut into half rings. After that, cover the foil on the entire surface of the baking sheet and do not lubricate it with anything, because the carp is oily fish and

will give a lot of liquid.

Then lay out the carp in a checkerboard pattern and sprinkle it on one side with a seasoning, salt and, turning it to the other side, only salt this side. Then sprinkle the fish with onions, and between it put pieces of pumpkin. Bake in the oven first at a temperature of 220 degrees for 20 minutes, and then at 200 degrees another 20min.

After that, take out the fish, portionedly and water it with liquid, the pumpkin is saturated with carp, there is no excess fat, the fish is juicy, and there is no need to lubricate the carp with mayonnaise.

How to cook a carp in foil in the oven:

Gut the carp and remove the whole scales. Remove the fins and rinse the carcass thoroughly, then cut into two parts and remove the seeds.

The resulting fillet is thoroughly grate with spicy herbs, pepper and salt. After that, take the food film, wrap the carp in it and leave for half an hour. Bell the potatoes in the uniform, then clean and cut into pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Clean and rinse the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Next, take the foil and divide into two pieces, then fold it in half every piece, smear from the inside with vegetable oil and form a box from it.

Mix potatoes, tomatoes, beams, add pepper, salt and put the resulting mass in a foil box, and put the fish on it. Lubricate the carp on the top with vegetable oil and cover the vegetables and fish with the second box.

Warm up to 180 degrees the oven and put the molds to bake for about 20 minutes. After that, remove the lid from the box and bake it until the browning.
