Strawberry muffins

225 gr (1.5 cups) flour

250 grams of strawberries, washed, cleaned, coarsely chopped

200 gr (3/4 cups) natural yogurt with low fat content

1 egg, slightly whipped

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare 10 forms for baking about 80 ml (1/3 cup), grease them with oil.

Sift flour into a large bowl, add sugar and strawberries there, mix. In the center of this mixture, make a deepening.

Mix yogurt, butter and egg in a separate cup, pour this mixture into a recess in flour. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.

Distribute the dough equally between the forms, put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked, check the cupcakes for readiness with a toothpick.

Put the cupcakes on the cooler grate, serve on the table to tea.
