We will need:
Chicken -cuts – 3 pieces
Gelatin – 1 pack
Garlic, greens – to taste
Salt pepper
Corn, green peas, sweet pepper – to your taste (and you can all together)
How we cook:
Separate the meat from bones.
What pieces will turn out – such and leave.
In a bowl, mix meat, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, finely chopped greens, corn (or peas or pepper) and dry gelatin.
We take a clean box (1 liter) from under milk or juice, carefully open the top and put our prepared mixture into it.
Leave the place on top of about three fingers and sew the top.
We set to cook in a pot of water.
From the moment of boiling-30-40 minutes.
We pull out the package on a plate and cool to room temperature.
Then we put it in the refrigerator.
When the package becomes hard – we get it – we remove the package, and cut the meat into portioned pieces.
Your guests will not immediately guess what meat it is made! I recommend – very tasty!
And I also recommend a delicious fox soup and no less tasty beef stroke with cheese.
